OKI CASHBACK PROMOTION
End Customer Terms & Conditions
The Promoter: Oki Systems (UK) Limited, Blays House, Wick Road, Egham, TW20 0HJ (“Oki”). Oki is using a third party service provider, Interpay Sales Promotions, to operate this promotion.
By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. How to participate
1.1 Both commercial and private end customers are eligible to participate in our promotion. To participate, your registered office (commercial customers) or permanent place of residence (private customers) must be located in UK and you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the promotion. You must also have purchased at least one of our models listed under point 2.1 in the UK
1.2 This OKI promotion is intended for end customers and is therefore not open to commercial resellers of any kind, including specialist IT resellers and other wholesalers and distributors. If you fall into one of these categories, you are unfortunately not eligible to participate.
1.3 To qualify for this promotion, this claim must be received within 15 days following the end of the promotion period as outlined in
2.1. Fully completed and correct claim forms, together with a copy of the original sales receipt, can be submitted online using the claim form available at www.okicashback.com/endcustomer/UK or by post to OKI Cashback Promotions, c/o Sales Promotions, Crown House, 72 Hammersmith Road , Hammersmith, London, W14 8TH or fax at: 0207 785 6844. Postal Claims must be sent along with a copy of the original receipt. If you experience delivery delays, the 15 days will apply to your invoice date.
1.4 All purchases of OKI product must be originally from Oki Systems (UK) Limited and purchases must be from an authorised IT reseller within mainland UK and your invoice details must confirm this.
1.5 The entire promotion relates only to the purchase of new OKI devices. It does not apply to any kind of used product, such as demonstration products, shipping returns or resold products.
1.6 This offer is only available to END CUSTOMERS in mainland UK including Jersey & Guernsey and while stocks last.
|1.7 Submission of a claim under this promotion does not automatically register the product for the extended warranty. To qualify for the FREE 3 Year Warranty, the product must be registered within 30 days of the date of purchase at www.oki.co.uk/warranty. Please note that failure to use OKI original consumables will void the extended warranty. All qualifying products come with a standard 1 Year On-Site Warranty.

3. Claims Policy
3.1 There is a limit to the number of valid claims that can be made by any end customer as outlined in point 2.1. Each printer can only be claimed for once. Any duplicate claims received will be rejected.
3.2 OKI products purchased as part of a different promotional campaign or at a specific reduced price during the period specified in point 2.1 are not eligible for this end customer promotion. Individual products taken from bundles or other promotional offers are likewise not permitted.
3.3 OKI will not allow this promotion to be applied in conjunction with other promotional offers. You should therefore check with your reseller in advance whether your product is eligible to participate.
3.4 Only claims made using the official Oki Systems (UK) Ltd claims procedure will be accepted and:
a) It must be submitted with proof of purchase (a copy of the reseller invoice) within 15 days following the end of the promotion expiry date. Claims received without proof of purchase will be disqualified. Only claims where the date of purchase falls within the qualifying promotional period will be valid.
b) The valid serial number of the printer must be quoted. This can be found on the printer packaging or on the back of the printer itself.
c). Upon submission of your claim form you will be issued with a unique ID number which must be used when tracking your claim through the process.
d) Your payment will be despatched to the BACS details quoted on the claim form after verification of your claim and proof of purchase. Please allow 30 days after validation of claim for receipt of BACS transfer.
e) Offers stated cannot be changed, upgraded or extended. No alternative promotional options are available.
f) Any decisions relating to the promotion are the sole preserve of Oki Systems (UK) Ltd. Oki Systems (UK) Ltd reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
g) This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and excludes OKI supported special priced orders or second user, demonstration or ex-demonstration models.
h) Oki Systems (UK) Ltd reserves the right to withhold claims for any OKI products that have not been paid for or have been returned and/or credited.

4.2 Your details will be used by Oki Systems (UK) Ltd for future communications about OKI promotions and updates. These will be held in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Legislation and will not be passed on to any third party companies.
